It depends on what you want to play and at what quality level, might be a good idea to look on youtube for game tests with 1650 and see what performance you can expect.

Really depends on what you do, i had a 1050ti and i switched to  1650s and the difference wwsnt that big, for games it was, but i sped most of my time editing old cod games and in after effects there wasnt such a huge difference.

It depends on your processor depending on which one is a good combination
