Canada's cases is starting to rise again because the stupid goverments decided it was a bright idea to open everything again. Don't you think that is the main reason of the pandemic spreading? Reopening everything? People never learn.

Constant rising cases. Along with people constantly thinking the hospitals are empty because they don't see lines or people just milling about. Right wing media has been brainwashing a large segment of the population to spread cases, knowly.
