I've been working out for two years (3-5 times a week) , And my 1 rep max is around 310 lbs for months.
How can i lift heavier (goal = 445 lbs) ? gain some weigth ? learn some special techique or change the way of training ?
height = 5 ft 7
weight = 175 lbs
