No, he didn't. Someone labelled him as such. In the February 2012 edition of Der Spiegel where they interviewed the guy (Leon Eisenberg) who discovered ADHD and who said that ADHD is a "fictitious disease". It's all bullshit to sell drugs, in this case ritalin which is essentially, methamphetamine. You want to give your children, your growing child, meth? Of course not. It's NATURAL for young males to be hyper and have lots of energy. Look at any other mammal.

fuck you, ADHD is a serious disease and people who don't treat it can end up not being able to function to the point of feeling helpless and suicidal

Just be patient with the kid, probs give him something to fidget with like those small cubes with lots of buttons and clickers so that he'll be able to focus
