How to draw Beastmen (aka Kemono) is a book in the same vibe of the others from before about drawing anthropomorphic animals, but not only this one presents a different style and more anatomical references, it also shows varying levels of "how much furry" is applied to a character. Yes, it is in japanese, but the pictures themselves are very self-explicative. Also you can just google translate the stuff, these scans are high quality.

With this, I'm not sure what else I can share here, as I don't have many books. Hopefully they can bring up new artists at least.
