Hi, i have a problem, I want to edit some manga page but dont know how to clear and refill some places. The problem is tiny little squares like below (i belive its effect from scan or something).



is there any other way then stamp tool in PS?

theres a page in EH forums called EH Cove, you could pretty much get any source & information there about cleaning manga, etc. 
they those threads pretty much helped me to get started in redrawing & cleaning.
