Im trying to review who ive sent messages to and whther or not they are still active here.

How can i access my "outbox" or sent messages?

Took me a minute to find it too. Go to your inbox, you should see a pink circle with three horizontal lines pop up at the bottom left. Click that, and then you'll have a full menu pop up. Sent items is under the Inbox folder there.
