I am not sure what to choose, mostly about CPU.
My budget for CPU is about 300€. So it will be either Ryzen 3800x or the 9700k. Personally i think Ryzen would be a better value overall but 9700k might give more FPS.
GPU i am also deciding between 5700XT and 2060 Super.
The PC will be mostly used for gaming and streaming. No Video editing.
What do you guys think?

PLEASE WAIT ON THE GPU! I am currently waiting to upgrade my pc until the 3080 ti comes out. Apparently it will be cheaper than the 2080 ti and better, plus it is supposed to come out this summer I believe july or august. I know I know it's a long wait but it is a better card and then you won't have to upgrade for a long while.

Yes. I was thinking about waiting on the GPU. But I believe due to the Coronavirus, the next gen gpu will be delayed. There is still no rumor when they will be released.

I'd say Ryzen is currently best bang for your buck, so I'D go for a Ryzen at least.

CPU's are constantly being upgrading and decrease in cost. You cannot go wrong with Ryzen.

I would go for ryzen processor and 5700XT or 2070super

based on your budget alone the ryzen is better for you in this case
