All you need is a good daydream headset which costs $10. The hard part is downloading the heavy 1GB+ files

There's a few issues with it

1) Most of the time you need to feed it details on your headset and phone combination, and I find that it doesn't work anyway. If I switch videos, I need to redo this process which means removing the headset and going through all that crap

2) Some people get motion sickness after a few minutes and it kills the experience. You need a very high framerate

If you can solve the tech though, I think it will be the future

I got a Oculus Rift.

if its worth it ?
Depends  , I use it some times when jerking off.
But its a bit cumbersome to setup when you are horny and wanna watch shit right now.

So i use it when i have time, and know in advance i wanna jerk off.

When watching porn on it you wanna loose the 2 controllers that come with it.(Oculus rift controllers)
And instead use a xbox  one controller ( you got to have one hand free if you know what i mean).

I only download the video's , no streaming.
The higher the bit-rate/ resolution the better the immersion.

normally the vids are around 9GB

1) If you go the Oculus rift you will never have to remove the headset when browsing thru video's or make adjustments.
    you control everything on the screen with your controller's .

2) the oculus rift runs at 90 fps. and has special tech to prevent motion sickness.
