I know it wasn't underated my any means, it definitely got attention. But I really think this movie fucking nailed it. Was such a good balance of pulling from existing source material but also doing its own thing. Perfectly juggled action, humour and emotion imo. It seemed like the comedic elements of the movie were actually well thought out. The coming of age side of things didnt feel super cheesy for an older audience. 

Without being to clichè, really had something for everyone. Fucking hyped for where they take the story in the future.

Have you watched Batman Returns yet? Or Flashpoint? They're great animations, and I use animations because that's what ITS is.
