Depends on what games you play too. If you got the money go for it. Every year they put out smth so if you need something now do it....

RTX is just a glorified tech demo for now, like PhysX back in the day. Nvidia is pretty good at getting people excited about technologies they won't be able to properly utilise for the next 5 years.

It depends. RTX is more of a beauty look though. Just makes games look better.
