On a bit of a budget, thinking of getting a GTX1060. Probably not the 3GB VRAM one, but the 6GB VRAM. Any thoughts? Would a RX card be better? Or should I try go for 1660e

If I were you, I'd buy 1660, which is similar to 1070, but I don't think 1660 is a reasonable price because of the mining issue.
