Over the past year or so, especially because of the fallout on Bethesda, over Fallout 76 is anyone interested, or hyped anymore for Elder Scrolls 6?

76 got a lot better. As for hype, I dunno if that's the right word as there's currently no momentum on that front. But I'm certain I will be when it's actually on the horizon.

at this point, and from all the 'hype' surrounding recent triple A games, not really. I want to be since its the elder scrolls but I also don't want to be disappointed when it does come out.
