Phase 3 ended with Infinity War. And the ctrl c ctrl v formula is what it is. Its never gonna be anything else since this is their cash cow and they wont risk it. Also, the target audience is not grown ups with brains.

After Endgame I feel like there have been a decent amount of good movies and shows such as Spiderman and Loki. I also thought that Hawkeye was a good show. But recently they have been coming out with alot of content and it feels like the quality is becoming lost. Before there used to be better storytelling and character development but I feel like they are rushing projects to be finished now with subpar writing.
