Trying to access Onyx lounge but can't find it, I might just dumb. When I click on VIP I can only see the Onyx preview. Also when I click the star icon it still gives me the options to upgrade to Onyx even tho I've been Onyx for months. I guess the question is how do I get to the Onyx lounge
