Somehow I’ve managed to avoid watching Jurassic park as a whole. I know it’s very iconic and a must watch but which ones? I hear the new Jurassic world stuff isn’t that good

The first one is a classic. The second one from the original series is just ok. The rest of them IMO you can just pass on unless you're feeling bored

The first part is really cool even the back story is great too , the recent parts mostly revolve around the same concepts and nothing new, only dinosaurs are becoming big and better .

The original is definitely worth watching, but I’m not sure about the others.

The original film has special effects that are still relevant after all these years, I'd definitely recommend it. There's a lot of cultural references to Jurassic Park that you still see every day, you might be missing out on some good jokes if you haven't seen it.

It really goes downhill from the first movie. (IMO). Its like pirates of the carribean: nice to watch, but it ain't quality.
