Hey guys,

I'm planning on grabbing a new TV since my old one just isn't cutting it anymore (it's an old 1080p Insignia). I'm looking to grab a 4k model and have been browsing Sony and LG so far. Any recommendations? My budget's about $1k at the most.

if you still happen to be looking, Hisense is great. I think I have the U8G model? a 65" and it slaps. Had a lot of what you'd want out of a Samsung for much closer into your price range. If money is no option, I'm going Samsung every time, but otherwise it's a great budget alternative.
