it really is just calories in calories out, if youre not eating enough you wont have the energy to workout

def dont avoid carbs like people say and make sure your diet is mainly protein/fiber since theyre the most filling

Try to lift heavy while maintaining a caloric deficit. Its good to do cardio also after every workout sessions
