Is it just me or is season 2 started to feel like a weekly rpg/mmo collection quest?

I totally get what you mean by it kinda seems like they are doing the same thing but like

 said, thats the spaghetti western influence so I don't mind it too much. I much more annoyed with we meet cool new characters every week and its gotten to the point where I know we won't see them ever again. I just wish I could trust that we will get to know anyone else on the show besides the Mandalorian and the Child but for now everyone else will just come and go.
