Martial arts at home?

Just curious what anyone would recommend as a martial art/self defence you can practice or do while we're all locked down at the moment? I know you obviously need a partner to really get something out of it, but is there anything you can do on a boxing bag, or exercises that can help with a situation that might require self defence?

Like you said, I think a boxing bag is your best option since you cant have sparring partner right now.
