I like bands from every genre of metal but I've always been attracted more to the black and doom metal side. Classic Black Sabbath, Reverend Bizarre, Electric Wizard, Primordial, Ulver, Immortal...

Though my favorite band of all time is Mercyful Fate who sounds nothing like that so go figure
