Been looking to buy a MilSim game to play and would love to hear opinions from you guys.

Squad I already have and while it is fun, I personally find it pretty intimidating. I assume same applies to Post Scriptum and Beyond The Wire, but do let me know.
I also have Insurgency: Sandstorm but the gamemodes get somewhat repetitive after a while, though I don't have any other criticism of the game and it's truly a blast.

Hell Let Loose seems like an interesting choice so I'd like to hear personal feedback, if anyone has played it or if there are any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

you should try getting into Arma 3 milsim. Try to find a milsim clan and join them, I've done it in the past and it was an absolute blast. The depth that some clans go in to is amazing.

Arma 3 milsim is probably your best bet.

Ah yes, how could I forget. Thanks for reminding me, all I've done in Arma is some small scale missions with friends. I will look into it!
