[Clipper]

For some weird reason im missing normal files like windows.h now, i reinstalled windows some days ago and i installed visual studio 2019 with most toolsets etc. But i keep missing files like windows.h, map or math.h. I had these files before i reinstalled, did i do something wrong with includes? Im a total c++ noob btw, i just wanna compile a cheat.

Edit: YES, i got the DirectX SDK Installed but im reinstalling that right now because i might have a newer version or some shit.
