Mobile RPG
#1
Hey, anyone know of any good mobile game (RPG) that isn’t P2W (pay to win). I’ve tried a few, but in app purchases usually end up making the game either redundant or making a giant hole in my wallet. Looking for suggestions, would be happy to try out pretty much anything.
Cheers!

sadly allowing P2W is the financial plan of almost every mobile game i know worth playing

#3
Would love to get that info as well, but yeah, P2W is usually the way the guys who make these games get to earn some sort of income

Finding a MOBILE RPG that is not P2W is really hard, though in my opinion, Black Desert Mobile is pretty fun and they give out a lot to new players!

#5
Granblue is a mobile turn based rpg, its a gacha game so its gonna have some p2w elements but the main source of power comes through farming bosses so you could still do fine going completely f2p.

#6
Langrisser is also pretty fun. Currently they have a Yu Yu Hakusho cross over event.

#7
My friend plays conquer alot but doesnt spend any money but there is still in-app purchases so idk

#8
i've been looking for a good mobile RPG too, a lot of the ones i find are heavily P2W to keep up

#9
Yeah, I came here hoping to see if somebody found a good game

#10
Try Black Desert Mobile as was suggested.

#11
I think Spiritwish is good too without paying.

#12
I am going to say Black Desert Mobile without knowing much else about you

#13
i usually play gacha games a lot. honkai impact is good if you have a decent phone or the time to play

#14
just dont get invested with hero collectors with low rates in gacha

#15
Im pretty sure most mobile games make their money through ingame purchases

#16
Destiny Child is a fairly decent hero collector gacha RPG for mobile if you're still interested. As long as you do the daily missions they give out a good amount of free premium currency.

#17
thanks for the suggestions, will try black desert for sure,

seems like P2W is the only way forward for mobile games, and too lucrative for them to give up
