Motivation to Exercise

When I was younger I had no problem motivating myself to exercise.  Now that I am older, not so much. Once I get started I am fine following it through. It is just the initial getting started. Does anybody have any tips on breaking the procrastination?

I splash some cold water on my face and put on some music that gets me hype and just go at it even if I don't want to, music is a big help for me. You could also get a work out buddy so you can push each other on the days you feel sluggish
