First I usually download/install Adguard for Windows, then Kaspersky AV, Zone Alarm Firewall, Firefox, Open Vpn, WinRAR beta, Latest Intel Network Adapter driver, Speed Guide TCP Optimizer, cFosSpeed Internet Accelerator- Ping Optimizer, Internet Download Manager, Nvidia Profile Inspector, Nvidia drivers + Cuda Tool kit, Gom Player Plus, MadVr, KmpPlayer64, Splash Player Pro 2 (for all the full HD videos Nothing makes them look better in my opinion).  IrfanView 64 bit, Foobar2000, CCleaner, Glary Utilities... Then it's downloading a few more add-ons and tweaking settings...
