I just updated my PS5 with the next version of cyberpunk, and it's a night/day difference compared to when the game launched last year.
Not only are the graphics improved, but i've noticed a complete rework of NPC behavior, better Physics mechanics were added to the game and it's overall smooth to play.
Currently replaying the story, there are minors things that annoy me with parkour mechanics and sliding windows
