The NBA announced a new format for the All-Star game this year. Four teams, three games. Two teams compete in one game and the other two in another game. The winners of the games face each other in a final round. Seems stupid to me. I don’t think the format of the All-Star game was its problem but the lack of competitiveness and dullness of the game. They should just put more incentive into winning the game so players feel the need to compete more and make it more entertaining.
