Never seen Naruto but it looks interesting. Only problem is it seems like it's not in wide screen? Anyone know where you can watch it in widescreen and HD or is that not a thing? Makes it hard to watch in 2021 lol

Stick to canon episodes though. The fillers are pretty meh and will just drag out the experience. IMO they interrupt the normal storyline flow

The problem with naruto beside the fillers is in shippuden the characters wasn't developed well as the classic

Like others have said, it's great as long as you skip the filler. My suggestion is to look up a fan edit like Naruto Kai, which cuts out all the filler and splits it up into a movie-length episode for each manga volume.

Loved both naruto and shippuden but yes a majority of the fillers are not worth it. I would suggest just sticking to the main story.

I believe that Naruto is still a show that’s worth to watch, while it may suffer from underused side characters and rapid change in abilities, the show was still decent to the end,
