Too Big To Fail, about the 2008 financial crisis. Not a documentary (I think it was an original movie on HBO), with many recognizable actors playing real people (William Hurt, James Woods, Paul Giamatti, and my favorite, Ed Asner as Warren Buffett). A bit heavy with the financial jargon at times, though they also do a good job explaining things so even a financial illiterate like me can follow along. And a surprisingly dramatic plot, in my opinion.
