I know diets are different for everyone. But what is one that you’ve found is full proof or extremely effective?

Not fool-proof, but I found that feeling full even if what you're eating is low calorie is pretty helpful. So, adding a bunch of veggies like cabbage helped trick my body into thinking I'm eating a lot lol

I have never really had an issue with weight but I just try to eat „clean“. Homemade dishes with lots of veggies and high quality meat/fish
Low carb is also quite effective but you need to feel full so need to have lots of veggies
