NigaHiga disappearance
#1
Ryan Higa aka NigaHiga was the most subscribed youtuber of mid 2010s. But he became irregular on the site over the years. As a result he started to lose subscribers. In 2019 he said that he would become regular again and started podcasts. But again he dipped from the site. Is he leaving the site forever?

#2
I mean I think that is fairly unlikely given his massive following. However, a lot of his crew is starting to leave the site to do other things so I wouldn't be suprised if he decided to downscale his channel

#3
Never thought id see someone mention him in a while but man does hearing his name bring back memories of 10 years ago he was my favorite youtuber as he was just so funny with all the videos hed make especially with all the other guys

#4
Can you say who are doing solo works now of his team?

#5

Don’t really know what happened

#7
I'm amazed he's managed to stay relevant over all these years

#8
Yeah it's sad, but I just think that his style of content doesn't really fit the site anymore, maybe he would do different stuff if he ever came bacl.

#9
didn't know who this was before but now starting to google

#10
He is the most hardworking youtube comedian till date.
You should check him out.

#11
he's more of a gaming channel rn, doing live let's plays since his previous content takes more time with little return due to YT's algorithm

#12
Is ryan on break?

#13
I think he left to do real producing for shows

#14
he streams on twitch a ton, and has a podcast that he talks with some of the guys from his old videos. iirc there was one with his friend sean that seemed to show up in a lot of the old school ones. cool guy, should check his cousin maya higa on twitch too

#15
He’s streaming on twitch a lot more

#16
He is indeed streaming.

#17
I completely forgot about this guy until you mentioned him. Now I want to rewatch some of his older videos.

He's been on the platform for a really long time. He's talked about experience burnout and not being motivated. You could tell from his recent content that he wasn't producing like he used to
