What is your favorite non western game to play? I've recently started playing some yakuza and absolutely fell in love with the series. Perona is also such a great series. Def in my top 10.

I've always had a soft spot for the Phantasy Star games. I've played through all of the turn-based ones more times than I can count, and I still find myself booting up my Gamecube to play Phantasy Star Online when I get the time. Phantasy Star Online 2 finally had a global release last year so it's pretty fun if you're into Hack and Slash MMO's.

final fantasy but I think it's kind of changing into western type game so if it's a really non western game that's not really THAT westernized, then super robot wars and suikoden
