What I mean by the title is this:

You're younger. Your parents start getting lax with scheduled bedtimes. You stay up long enough to catch bits of adults swim or the like. Anyone have any memories of that?

I always seemed to catch Futurama. And while I think I found it funny, I also found it weird and creepy fot some reason. Maybe it was because I caught the infamous sad episode.

ATHF is what I always hoped for when I turned on the tv later. Luckily it seemed like Adult Swim usually played several in a row when that happened so it was enough to tide me over until the next time it was on. Also late time guilty pleasure anime like Inuyasha that I don't that I'd watch anymore but tried to catch each day then for whatever reason.
