Nvidia new GeForce RTX 30 series
#1
So Nvidia revealed news about their new line of GPU's; Suppsedly even the cheaper end, the 3070, is an order "better" than the current 2080 Ti, which I imagine has a lot of people fairly upset.
Obviously, nothing is super concrete until it's in our hands, but does anyone have any thoughts on what's been shown so far?

First really exciting GPU launch in a long time, probably gonna grab me a 3070 to replace my aging 970. I would be pretty pissed as you said if I just bought a 2080 or better though.

Technology is hard to understand.

i am so pumped

Looks extremely promising. The power consumption is insane tho

Loved the part where the CEO pulled the gpu out of the oven :'D

Personally looking to buy a solid gpu now, looking to spend about $300 to see if i can hopefully cop a Gen 1 or 2.

Upsetting that I bought an overpriced GPU when supply was lacking recently and now they introduce these. ): Well I bet stock will be hard to get anyways so going to wait on benchmarks

really glad I skipped out on the 20 series, the 30 series performs way better for way cheaper so I'm excited

Best decision was to skip the 20 series
