OLED tv burn-in
#1
Does anyone here have an OLED tv? Have you experienced any kind of burn in? If so, what is it and how long had you been running the content for? I'm picking up an LG CX in the next few months (depending on the price), but I'm scared shitless of ruining a 1400$+ screen. For context, I'll be using it as a gaming monitor for the PS5, and for the occasional Netflix/Prime/Youtube. I'd also love to use it as a pc monitor but the fixed taskbar gives me too much to worry about.

I wouldn’t worry to much about burn in on TVs, yes it may happen over a extended period of time but they’re engineered to be more resistant than the OLED phones we have

The new OLED TV have no burn in. The processor will chance the position of logos continuously in a small area.you dont see that.

I don’t think you can have a burn in unless you actually leave a static image for days or even weeks

Just stay away from those 24 hour news channels and you'll be fine
