Federico Chiesa will leave Fiorentina to join Juventus on a two-year loan deal which includes a 40 million euro purchase option plus add-ons.
The Old Lady will pay three million euros for the first year of the deal and another seven million euros for the second.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the terms of the purchase option make it almost mandatory.
The clause will be automatically triggered in the event Juventus finish in the Serie A top four, Chiesa plays 60 percent of the games and he registers a minimum of 10 goals and 10 assists.
Since his official debut with Fiorentina, Chiesa has played 153 matches in which he netted 34 times and provided his teammates with 25 assists.
