Just an appreciation thread for the old School cartoons. And I don't mean like old cartoon network z I'm talking actually old cartoons like Popeye and Betty Boop. They really captured a certain charm about old school animations. How everything was all slow moving and exaggerated and framed were repeated like 30 times and we just accepted it. I mean I'm sure it was revolutionary at the time, but now I watch it and see that the background is the same picture every 2 seconds. 

But I like that simplicity and old school jokes and stuff. The black and white and color never bothered me either. And I liked old times cartoon sound effects, how they always have like mic interference and everything was kicked up and used for the same thing over and over. They really made absolutely so much with almost nothing. Mad respect

Yes ii was quite tough making them those days but still they are an treasure ,the plot was also great with some comedy, those were really golden days.

My favorite cartoon show from the old days of Cartoon Network was Teen Titans. Time flies fast sadly, and Teen Titans Go was not a good sequel to it.

I for sure love the old black and white cartoons back when they did rubber hose animation. That is something we rarely see at all anymore
