Dungeons of Dredmor is still to this day one of my absolute favorites!
Dungeon crawler with tons of wacky item/monster names, quests etc
A boatload of skill trees to choose from; you choose 7 to make your character and can do any combination of them!
Golem-mancer who dual wields shield and wears super heavy armor? Sure why not!
Sadly the company went belly up so there'll be no new updates, but it's got a couple DLC and has a crazy amount of replayability!
