Not to post twice on the same forum but jesus Christ man covid is the best thing to happen to one piece on a long time. Ever since the big lockdown last year one piece had to go away for a really long time. The animators had to stop making and the anime was on hiatus for a few months I don't exactly remember the length. But let me tell you, that was a hiatus well needed.

Now not only is the manga ahead of the anime again, even if by just a bit, the animation??? Fuggeta bout it man the animation is godly. It's really stepped up, like effort and life has been put back into it after so long man. The animation rules, the pacing is better, it's like watching the first arcs again only looking better. Now I'm not saying that one piece stopped being good, but a lot was sacrificed to keep up with production. I mean they would make episodes after the chapter would drop, and that's no way to anime if you ask me. 

I'm so hyped for the rest of wano, and I hope the animators keep lagging behind so we can keep one piece as good as it is right now

I am like around 100 eps behind, I usually wait for a year or two and then binge watch. Your post reminded me to watch one piece lol

im on ep 667 and just saw im around 300 eps behind, enjoying it but i dont think i will ever catch up
