Most choose the monster trio but personally Franky has got the character vibes going for me. It's the SUPERRRRR amidst any and everything which gets me. 

Amidst the monster trio a close second to Franky would be Sanji, for the same reason. His character building is what Oda seems to set him apart from whereas Zoro (which definitely stronger) is defined by strength building in his development.

Zoro mostly because of the loyalty he showed to luffy right off the bat

Brook. He's funny, he's cool, he's tragic, and he's rockin too. I low-key tear up anytime I hear Bink's Brew just remembering him crying while asking to be a straw hat

My favorite straw hat from the show is the one Luffy is wearing. A good runner up would be the one Shanks is wearing in the flashbacks
