TBH them banning Porn is weird in a way? Maybe I just don't understand how their system works. But isn't it that majority of their users are accounts that post nude content?

So going with that logic, its really weird that they'll do that.

If they're doing that, it means that they were "not noticing" that minors were putting up hardcore videos of themselves, but especially, the traffickers who used "models" that were underage for hardcore videos. There must be some strong evidence that they weren't checking ids (or checking for fakes) for this to happen. This is the same shoah that happened to Pornhub and Xvideos.

Well, they are not exactly banning it. They will still allow nudes but there now is a threshold which may not be crossed

I dont think it will be the end of the site as some are predicting. Many "models" never posted any porn, some of their stuff is less revealing than pics I see on instagram. There are also some alternatives out there where those who want to make porn can go to.

There was a short thread on /pol/ that was from a supposed insider earlier today. The explanation given makes a fuck ton more sense than anything put out about what OF is doing. It actually had nothing to do with OF hosting CP, but money.

Basically, Big Business saw that OF was making TONS of money, and they weren't making much, even though the lockdowns are pretty much done here in burgerland. So they went to the Big Banks, and told them to put pressure on OF, so that less would money would be spent on OF. They were not happy that "incels" (the term supposedly used by BB) were spending all their money on OF, and none on their businesses. So OF was forced, by the banks, to make a lot of their content disappear, so that less men would spend money on OF. Big Business believed that the lack of money coming from men was doing damage to both their business models and the economy in general. And all of their statements on OF hosting CP were the cover used to keep the public from knowing about this part.

Makes sense to me. But time will only tell if this supposed insider was who he said he was.
