Tried using this area (Manual Upgrade / Private Enquiries forum) to get help, but that area is dead. I posted last night and no reply or help...
I went for lifetime upgrade (Onyx). My bank says purchase is pending, One purchase was accepted and another one declined,(never hit the go button more than once). I usually had no issue when using Elite upgrade. Who do I contact concerning purchase?
Called bank and they said purchase went through, but account has not been upgraded, Any help. Thank you
Who do I talk to here about my upgrade, cant message anyone(still a free member So cant message admins. , here or the company I sent the money to for the upgrade. No receipt or invoice from anyone.
