I never download anything I think might be under 18, but can't help but feel a little uneasy that they are going after people who use "cloud services" in New Zealand. Occasionally, megaupload links die and we see the warning that the user was disabled due to "child exploitation" etc. I hope that filters out all the shit that's illegal.
The issue is there is no way to know if something is underaged until you've opened to take a look.
How do we get around accidentally opening something that is illegal when you don't know until you've opened it?
