I think there should be a way to search through a section and find girls based on state theyre from and or college they went to

It would require sub forums, not sure if the administration would do this as I haven't expressed interest in hyper organization to this level as I would assume most of the uploaders would not know or adhere to specific state. 

Also this then leads into somewhat of this little thing called anonymity, even if its in the broad sense in the photos might clearly show what college they are going to, or where they might live really does not need to be publicly categorized for ease of convenience on your part, because that might tend to put a target on the website from bigger entities such as the media or L/E.

When you see the college logo, or state logo, just organize it yourself then on your end in your collection.
