Macintosh. SCSI, PowerPC, firewire and USB, great design, inspired OS with a tight-knit friendly community and tons of freeware/shareware and no DOS.

Except in the 21st Century, so definitely PC. Macs are now low-quality PC hardware with a crippled operating system for fashion victims.
