Is Manchester city once again the favourite to win the PL? I feel sorry to say that they are. Liverpool doesn't seem stronger than last year and the other teams have a long way to go.

Man City's just too overly stacked. ManU is in shambles (losing to Brighton... holy shit) and everyone else seems to have stagnated.

City by far. Liverpool have a new front 3. chelsea just isnt as regular as those two. Arsenal doesnt have enough back up. Tottenham is Tottenham. And united is just trash.
