People mock the digital version of the console I agree I still purchase disks as they are cheaper than what the online store offers but I believe in order for this to work PS5 needs the store to be dynamic and not static for instance if a game was selling at stores such as GAME or Target at £15 after the initial release date has passed by the online store should also respond by reducing their prices as well rather than keep the game at £45 the initial release price if this systems was in place would you purchase the ps5 digital version

Exactly, this is a huge problem because there are a ton of older games that aren't worth getting digitally becasue they are still too expensive. It could also help out if the publishers for the games also responded to these price changes and changed the accordingly.
