Really depends if you like to game competitively versus couch playing comfortability. Even though I have a PC build, I'd much rather kickback and play PS4.

PC is the best IMO but I find that all consoles have their own merits, especially for exclusives. The Playstation used to be the main way to play Japanese games but more Japanese publishers are realizing the potential market on the PC and are starting to port old titles and new releases to PC
