Honestly I’ve never minded pineapple on pizza. Some roasted pineapple adds to the flavor at the expense of some texture. I feel like people get mad when the pineapple is cold and messes with the temperature balance

I honestly like the texture that it creates. I find that it softens the cheese beneath a bit making it a bit gooier. Just don't call it Hawaiian Pizza. Pineapple didn't originate in Hawaii and Canadian Bacon has nothing to do with the Islands. Other than that it's delicious. Anchovies on pizza claps cheeks as well.
